Yelapa Paradise Waterfall & Los Arcos Private Boat Tour
Yelapa is a one-of-a-kind paradisiac fishing village with no more. Let’s go and adventure this amazing town while riding down the south of the bay on your own private boat. Don’t forget about snorkeling, swimming at secluded, virgin beaches, lunch at the beach, trying out the local crafted moonshine (Raicilla), hike to the Yelapa waterfall (20min), and a lot more.
All you need to know
Los Arcos, declared a Refuge Zone for the Protection of Marine Flora and Fauna in 1975 by the then Ministry of Industry and Commerce, is one of the most amazing places in the Bahia (bay) de Banderas has to offer. Great spot for swimming, snorkeling, kayaking, paddle boarding and taking lots of pictures! Home to a large variety of tropical sea life and endemic birds and ducks.
One of the best beaches in Puerto Vallarta is Colomitos, a short stretch of sand with legendary beauty. No roads lead to this hidden gem. Only accessible by boat or hiking from Boca de Tomatlan (45min). Considered one of the most beautiful and smallest beaches in the Bay.
Majahuitas Beach is the place par excellence if you desire to just turn off your cell phone, forget about the clock and completely disconnect from it all – except nature and relaxation, of course. This place has some of the best snorkeling all around.
Yelapa is a small fishing Village, in the South part of the Bahia (bay) de Banderas, where about 1500 people live, from which roughly 500 are now foreigners from all over. This beautiful village has a very colorful town, filled with jungle, leading to the waterfall there is a lot of local businesses and vendors. The beach is perfect for swimming and having great lunch and drinks.
